A message from the homeowners

Our home at 2111 Montreal road - unit 189 has been nothing short of a perfect first family home. Any amenity we've needed has been within a very short driving distance, including a dog park, arena, several grocery stores, some of the best schools in the city, some fantastic restaurants, and the Ottawa River trail.  You can be downtown in under 10 minutes by car. The house has an open concept charm that you feel as soon as you come in. We're big on entertaining, and we have a large living/dining room, ample backyard space, and a large living area in the basement to easily host up to 20 people. The kitchen seems to get positive comments from any new guests. It's beautiful, with the updated cupboards and backsplash; but more important to us has been its functionality. The space is laid out perfectly for 3 people to comfortably prepare a meal. Coming upstairs, we noticed a very inviting landing area at the top of the stairs - something we hadn't seen in a lot of the other units in the complex. The master bedroom is very large and comfortable, and also serves as an area to get ready in the morning, and has enough room for a newborn baby. All in all, we're going to miss living here because of the friendly neighbours, how well maintained the neighbourhood is, and the very well run condo board.
