A message from the homeowners

You really couldn`t ask for a more perfect location; we are a 1-minute walk to a path, taking you to the NCC Parkway, where you can enjoy walks along the river. For the biking enthusiast, Petrie Island to the east and downtown to the west in 30 minutes. In the winter you can ski or snowshoe. Our close proximity to the river will be missed. Located within walking distance to many schools, one of which is Colonel By Secondary School, known for its International Baccalaureate Diploma Program. Relaxing in our backyard, listening to the water in the pond, jumping in the above ground pool on those warm days, was always a great way to pass time. The pool, surrounded by fencing, gave us peace of mind when our children were young. The yard is large enough to sustain raised garden beds and workshop located in the shed. The layout of the house worked out well for us, allowing us to have our own personal space. Recently replacing all the floors, brightened up the whole house and crated a peaceful flow.
