239 Paseo Pvt. has been our perfect home for over 6 years. We have many fond memories here as both a newly married couple and as a young family with the arrival of our son. The open concept main floor including living room, dining room and eat in kitchen is ideal for entertaining. The large balcony overlooking Centerpointe Park has an unbeatable view. We've spent countless nights sitting outside watching the sunset. The close walk to the park, play structure and splash pad has been perfect for our young family. The master bedroom has vault ceilings allowing for additional windows and incredible natural light complete with a full ensuite. The 2nd bedroom connects to its own full bath as well; great for guests staying over. Finally, 2nd floor laundry avoids lugging loads of clothes up and down stairs. The loft on the 3rd floor is truly multi-functional. Over the years we've used it as an office, 3rd bedroom, and TV room. The icing on the cake is the home's great location, in addition to the park, within walking distance is Loblaws, shopping at College Square, Algonquin college, and the Baseline OC Transpo station (with Light Rail coming). 417 access is easily accessible and a short drive away.
